Accomodation: The organizer provides 2 types of accommodation from Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning. One at the gym of Gymnázium TGM for 70 CZK/person/night and the second one at a nearby Domov mládež Růmy for 250 CZK bed/night (capacity limited – 60 beds available/3 bed room).

Registration after the deadline of 30th July, 2015 for extra 100 % fee. This regulation does not apply to foreign competitors. SPORT Ident rental available for 50 CZK/day. Competitors not registred within the ČSOS will be asked to provide a refundable deposit of 800 CZK for each SPORT Ident rented. Registartion fees are to be sent to SKOB Zlín account, account number 4080002310/6800, Sberbank Zlín. Please insert the variable symbol 201508xxxx  (xxxx is the number of your team according to ČSOS). This does not apply to foreign competitors, they will be asked to pay the registration fee in cash in Zlín, however do not forget to register via Oris!

Terrain: Municipal mixed forest in traditional Zlín hilly (reasonable) terrain, run through by not only thousands of fast little paths (the side closer to the town) but also by ways fading away in the leaves, grass and fern.
Punching system: All competitors must use SPORT Ident of 5th – 11th generation.
Warning: As the municipal forest is frequently visited by tourists we kindly ask all competitors to be extra careful. On Saturday a busy main road will be crossed during the race by the assistance of Municipal police.
Rules: All competitors have to respect Czech MTBO rules and regulations. Violation of these rules is a reason for disqualification.
Protests: Written protests – 200 CZK – are to be claimed by the head referee.

Food: Catering will be provided in the event centre. Further detailed event information will mention a list of nearby and local great restaurants in the city centre.
MTBO Kindergarten: Will be provided in the race centre during both races (with an interesting competiton for everybody!)
Parking: In the event centre, for the following fees: 50 CZK/car, 100 CZK/mobile home/weekend.
Bike depository: For the night from Saturday to Sunday it will be possible to deposit your bike in the nearby school.
Prize giving ceremony: In the event centre on both days, Saturday – organized in a local T. Bata monument (dress code – a tie for men, a piece of jewellery for women)
